Steak × Makgeolli

Steak and makgeolli represent an extreme East-meets-West clash where harmony is hard to find. Makgeolli's thick texture conflicts with steak's tender juiciness, and neither brings out the other's best. Perhaps with hanwoo (Korean beef), but not with Western-style steak.
